The successful candidate will be working alongside our Sales Director and will be responsible for,
• Taking inbound calls from existing customers and update orders
• Update sales execs from various channels on stock availability, change in prices and general market trends.
• Work collaboratively with Fresh4U’s retail manager to fulfil any RFP’s (Request for Products).
• Conduct quality checks on any incoming stock to ensure the best in-class product availability
• Assist in the buying process by forecasting the product demand.
• Understand the product costing and keep the figures up-to-date.
• Build a strong working relationships with suppliers to leverage best deals.
• Remain up-to-date with market trends and pricing of key lines within the portfolio.
• Manage and maintain records of company’s revenue and present results to the sales Director.

Person’s Specification
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Positive thinker, ambitious, enthusiastic and results driven.
• Knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
• Previous sales experience not essential.
