Technology Sales Operative
The Technology Sales Operative role is designed to work directly with customers to help them understand how the CCTV equipments and softwares are operated, what would be the difference between them and what would be the best option to purchase depending on customers need and budget.
The role of the Technology Sales Operative is to identify and qualify Solutions, IT/sales opportunities by uncovering and addressing customer's line of needs. The primary goal of the Technology Sales Operative is to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through their engagement.
Key Roles:
Engage in activities for new/existing and prospective customers to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Build, land, retain and expand customer relationships using, telephone, Amazon, email and in shop sales.
Focus on solution selling that helps customers meet their challenges and business opportunities, showing demonstrable economic value.
experience and Knowledge:
experience in direct and indirect sales with proven results within the IT industry.
Demonstrate understanding and execution of sales and IT techniques and selling complex solutions to customers.
Effective communication skills, passion and drive to succeed.
Build rapport with clients to establish trusted relationships.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and respond effectively to customer questions:
Ability to focus on achieving positive, concrete results contributing to business success.
Demonstrate communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written English communication; strong listening skills.
Demonstrate negotiation (customer, vendor and supplier) and conflict resolution skills.
Working hours: monday - friday from 9am - 5:30pm. (office hours).
On bank holidays company will be closed.
Starting date: immediately.
Starting salary: 20k.
