Technical support engineer
Role Overview:
The successful Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for the company’s after-sales and co-ordinating production by sub-contractors.
This will include:
Identifying suitable sub-contract engineers and production sub-contractors,
Providing high level of support to the existing customers, front line first point of contact for support enquiries by phone, email,
Enhance relationships and develop customer loyalty,
Increase potential business opportunities,
Problem solving,
Negotiation,
Raise any area for cost reduction,
Identify areas to improve product performances.
Relevant skills, experience and qualifications required:
Education - preferably a fresh mechanical engineering graduate – minimum A-levels,
experience using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point,
Ability to effectively communicate specific technical information to customers of varying technical abilities,
Strong troubleshooting capability.
Desirable (Not Essential):
Auto Cad user.
