Tech Savvy PA Vacancy in London

Two busy entrepreneurs are looking for someone to assist them with the administrative duties for the running of their companies and also personal administrative tasks. There are two main businesses that you will be involved a tech start up and also a property development and management business.
You must be tech savvy and able to touch type to take on this role. This means that you are completely competent in all standard software such as Microsoft office; including using conditional formatting in excel and mail merge. However you must also posses the ability to pick up new pieces of software quickly and intuitively. We use a whole host of software to run our businesses so it is essential that you are a competent computer user.
For the tech start up, you will be responsible for ensuring subscribers renew, booking customer success meetings with subscribers, chasing outstanding invoices. You will also be responsible for general administration including ordering office supplies, arranging travel, flights, lunches and supporting our marketing manager.
For the property development and management company the main day to day responsibilities will be managing the accounts, rent collections and keeping the database of tenants up to date. You will also be responsible for organising on going maintenance of the properties, keeping a data base of maintenance required and maintenance contacts to use in case of issues. Managing Airbnb bookings, booking cleaning and also maintenance. For the property development side of the business you will be required to help with ordering of interior fit out for the properties eg. Kitchens, tiles, bathrooms and curtains etc.
The role will be varied from some every day PA and Secretarial tasks, accounts and project based tasks. The right person will be completely trust worthy, organised and friendly. You will be able to problem solve, able to implement processes and best practices to keep everything running smoothly and organised.
The ideal person will be organised, efficient, be able to user their own initiative, happy working on their own on occasions and be able to carry out a wide variety of tasks. This will include starting a task with no knowledge of how to carry the task out however researching what needs to be done in order to complete the task.
Key Skills:

Tech savvy, able to pick up new software easily.
Use of office: word, excel, power point, outlook.
Book keeping skills (previous use of Xero or Quick Books a benefit but not essential). Eg managing income and expenses.
Able to touch type
Diary planning

The role will be a full time role Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

A proven track record of being able to follow tasks through from inception to completion.
Excellent spoken English

The role will be a full time role Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Working hours can be flexible, part time or reduced hours depending on your need. The salary is £23,000 to £28,000 for a 40 hour per week role depending on experience. The salary will be prorated should reduced hours be agreed.
