A leading health charity based in Central London are currently seeking a Team Support Manager to line manage the fundraising Administrator and be responsible for managing all of the administrative activities. Please note this role is a 9 months FTC.Key Responsibilities will include:* Line management responsibilities provide line management support to the Fundraising Administrator.* Flagship fundraiser weekends project manage the full cycle of materials for each Flagship Fundraiser and take the lead on bringing Flagships to life across the charity partners (along with support of the Partnership Administrator at the BHF).* Ownership of Just Giving take the lead for monitoring and coding Just Giving pages and ensuring processes.* Reporting and CIS work with the Senior Stores Manager, the Distribution Manager and the Head Office and Challenge events Manager to ensure the whole team are using CIS.* CRM Support provide support to the Head of Fundraising with CRM initiatives; tracking income, formalising contracts and identifying opportunities for future engagement.* Event support provide event management support to the fundraising team for key events including, but not restricted to; Strictly, Colleague Awards and Supplier events* Streamline processes work with the Marketing and Communication team to streamline processes for press, marketing and brand work and continually look to improve fundraising and financial processes within the teamIn order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:* experience of managing administrative duties in a fast-pace office environment* experience of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures* Proven experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)* experience of setting up and maintaining effective and efficient processes and administrative systems* Excellent judgement and problem solving skills* Work under own initiative, but also to positively contribute to a wider project team* Excellent numerical skills and IT skills with excellent attention to detailIf you have the stated requirements then please apply to Harris Hill with your up to date CV.
