International pharmaceutical company seek an experienced Team Secretary to join their busy and evolving London team.
The role will be supporting x3 Senior Officers and administrative support for 4-5 team members.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Comprehensive and efficient diary management of a complex, international and highly flexible calendar.
Forward planning for diary engagements with relevant team members/external clients.
Organising correspondence on behalf of the Senior Vice Presidents/Officers.
Building positive and effective relationships with contacts, clients, vendors and suppliers.
Arranging meetings, calls, lunches and other engagements across different time zones.
Handling couriers for high priority and business critical documents.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Producing and editing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Seniors are well prepared for meetings.

Flexible
Committed to quality and accuracy
Working hours: Full time: M-F 0900-1800
Salary offered: £35-50k per year
