The Role
As a Customer Service member, you are a key member that contributes to the success of your bakery. You’re contributing to driving best-in-class service in a business with craft and high quality food at its centre, with happy teams and friendly service.
You’ll deliver exceptional service to every customer that is genuine, knowledgeable and efficient, ensuring they have a great experience every day
Specifically…
You’ll help to ensure your bakery is filled with beautifully displayed, fresh food.
You’ll be eager to learn and know all about our products, inside and out – and share this with our customers.
You’ll champion our values – care around baking, the community, each other and a job well done.
You’ll make sure our customers feel well cared for.
You’ll help to keep our bakery beautiful, at the highest standards.
You’ll make sure everything is working as it should, reporting issues to your manager in a timely manner
You’ll be keen to follow up on details, and be informed and aware of health and safety regulations.
You’ll be part of a motivated, friendly team and be active in creating an open learning environment.
