1x Kitchen Assistant/Porter
1xFront of house team member.
Your Role
Kitchen Assistant /Porter:
. Assisting the chef with light food preparation.
. Washing up
. Cleanliness of the kitchen /store room/fridges/freezers
. Communicating between front of house and the kitchen
. compliance with food safety and company policies at all times
Front of house team member:
*Taking customer orders
*Using the POS till
*Preparing customer orders
*Maintenance of front of house.
*Light cleaning
.*Replenishmet of drinks fridge
*Keeping the food packaging and supplies stocked up
*compliance with food safety and company policies all times
*Light food preparation as requested by the chef/ company directors during busy hours
Full Training will be given however the following skills would be advantageous
*Previous experience as a kitchen assistant /porter /front of house
*Basic food hygiene knowledge / *level 2 in food safety) advantageous)
*Good command of The English language
*Good communication skills
*Good literacy and numeracy
*Willingness to learn
*Ability to use own initiative
*Team player
*Excellent work ethic
*Punctual
*Good time management
*Ability to carry out instructions
*Polite
*Can do attitude
You will also need to have the following:
Valid passport /right to work documents
National Insurance number
