Ahi Poke the casual all day Restaurant dedicated to serving the Hawaiian Raw Fish Dish Poke, is launching 2 wonderful Take Away Restaurants, Bloomberg in Bank and Spitalfields in Central London.
This follows the successful launch of the brand’s original Restaurant in Fitzrovia and most recently the second Restaurant Ahi Poke Nova in Victoria.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Team Members to join our Bloomberg Restaurant in Bank and Spitalfields Restaurant.
Reporting to the Store Managers on site, as Team Member you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional experience while enjoying our dishes. Your role will of course include service within the restaurant, but you will also be empowered to get to know our guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their Ahi Poke dining experience. There will also be an element of multiskilling within your role in order to allow you to adapt and develop within this brand too.
Role and Responsibilities
• To serve guests their requested orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Wherever possible to anticipate guests needs, to be aware of all written and
spoken requests, and to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful
manner.
• To ensure that all stock around the Restaurant and Back of House areas are
fully stocked.
• To ensure that the Restaurant is clean and in immaculate presentation for
Guests arrival.
• To ensure the product quality standards are met in the Restaurant as it relates to
the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness throughout.
• To help maintain the Front of House and Back of House areas, collecting any
litter, remove/report hazards to the Store Supervisor.
• To take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance at work to
ensure the Restaurant runs efficiently at all times.
What are We are looking for?
experience in providing Customer service in the Hospitality industry is required for this role but to be successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on own or in teams
• Flexible approach with regards to working additional hours and working late
nights.
