Ahi Poke Deliveroo Additions
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Team Members to join our Deliveroo Additions Site in Islington.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager on site, as Team Member you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional experience while enjoying our dishes. Your role will of course include service within this site, but you will also be empowered to get to know our guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their Ahi Poke Deliveroo Additions site dining experience. There will also be an element of multiskilling within your role in order to allow you to adapt and develop within this brand too.
Role and Responsibilities
• To ensure that all stock around the Deliveroo Additions site and Back of House
areas are fully stocked.
• To ensure that the site t is clean and in immaculate presentation.
• To ensure the product quality standards are met in the site as it relates to the
appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness throughout.
• To help maintain all areas, collecting any litter, remove/report hazards to the
Group Operations Manager.
• To take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance at work to
ensure the Site runs efficiently at all times.
What are We are looking for?
experience in providing Customer service in the Hospitality industry is required for this role but to be successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on own or in teams
• Flexible approach with regards to working additional hours and working late
nights.
