We are a contemporary French café looking for a passionate foodie to join our team. Our menu includes a small selection of breakfast and brunch/lunch items all cooked and prepared by us using the finest ingredients in our small but well formed kitchen (think smashed avocado. French toast, smoked salmon with poached egg.). We also serve great quality locally roasted coffee along with our freshly baked cakes (our speciality are macarons and cannelés de Bordeaux).
We are looking for someone who loves baking, understands flavours and who can prepare items from the breakfast and lunch menu too. As part of a small team you will be asked to take part of all the different day to day running of the café too.

The role will be approximately 40 hours a week, including working weekends
