Team Member for ‘Games at the Vic’- must be willing to work night shifts.
The Grosvenor Victoria Casino is looking to recruit a Team Member for our Adult Gaming Centre situated on Edgware Road:
- This position is focused exclusively on the electronic gaming offer but experience is not necessary - training will be provided and the focus is on customer service.
- Comfortable working conditions
- Working 40 hours per week (5x 8-hour shifts per week – including night shifts - inclusive of breaks)
- £8.18 Per hour
- Plus 10% ‘premium rate’ when working night shifts.
- Option of hot meal on duty
- Additional employee benefits
Key duties include:
- Ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality of customer service.
- Being visible and accessible to customers.
- Assisting customers with special needs appropriately and consistently.
- Preparing food and drink for customers in compliance with food hygiene regulations.
- Executing promotional activity ensuring customers receive accurate information.
The successful applicant would have the following qualities:
- Customer-focused, honest, professional and a good communicator.
- Experienced in a customer-facing environment.
- Positive and aware of the importance of teamwork.
- Flexible with regards to shift times and willing and able to work evenings, nights and weekends.
- Able to speak and understand English to a good level.
- Legally entitled to work in the UK
