We are looking for 2 team members to work the following shifts.
3Pm-10pm Wed-Sunday
Skills and abilities
The ideal person will have experience of working in the street food sector especially Mexican.
Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene certificate
Kitchen or prior street food experience
Amazing customer service
Team player.
Hardworking, hands on, can-do-attitude.

The JOB
You will be responsible for the afternoon and evening shift on the Cantina Food truck at Flatiron Square SE1
Serving the customers, rolling the TIGHTEST burritos and the crispiest quesadillas.
Maintaining up to date H and S records, and adhering to all food hygiene requirements.
Cash handling and daily admin
Following the cleaning schedule and stocktaking.
35 Hours/week with more hours available during peak season/events.
