Team Leader of professional cleaning team
Location: across London
Rate: between £13 and £15 per hour depending on experience
Working Hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends up to 48 hours per week
Holidays: 20 days per annum + Bank Holidays increasing every 3 years
Start date: available to start as soon as possible
Zing with over 20 years experience of commercial cleaning across London is expanding and is requiring a second experienced Team Leader of professional carpet, hard floors and window cleaning.
The perfect candidate will have:
- Clean driving license
- Minimum 5 years experience with window cleaning and reach and wash system
- Carpet and hard floors cleaning

To be a supervisor, you will need:
• The ability to motivate people
• Good communication skills and good spoken English
• A responsible attitude
• Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
• The ability to plan and prioritize your own work and others
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• The ability to keep accurate records
• Having Safety Harness Training and/or IPAF Certificate will be an advantage
