An alfs Team Leader assists with the day-to-day running of the shop and implementation of alfs standards.  They effectively manage resources within the shop in line with alfs values and culture. The overall purpose of the management team is to create super alfs shops offering first class food, customer service and employment opportunities.
This job is about assisting the General Manager a in the effective running of the day-to-day business. It focuses on ensuring a smoother shift, managing the team and is particularly important in training and development. The jobholder will implement all standards and initiatives as advised by the General Manager.
