Team Administrator Job in London

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team at London's best live Escape Game!
We currently operate 9 rooms from a central location near King's Cross St. Pancras and over 200,000 customers have completed our missions.
Awarded a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, clue Quest pride ourselves on being a great place to play and work.
The Team Administrator will provide excellent support across to both the back office and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities

Taking calls and providing a professional first point of contact for customer queries.

Ensure that all customer enquiries are managed in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.

Track invoices and ensuring payment in a timely manner.

Managing office equipment and being the point of reference.

Manage the operational team Rota, ensuring shifts are covered at all times.

Providing diary management support including organising external and internal meetings.

Key meeting coordination, minute taking and action tracking.

Event management for smaller events including team building and customer entertaining.

Budget tracking of operational expenditure and revenue, as well as project expenditure where applicable.

Supporting with payroll administration

Attend weekly team meetings

General administration duties

Answering internal team queries

Managing incoming and outgoing post

Process Senior Management expenses

Draft social media and team email correspondence.

Monitoring of Company website and internal IT systems.

Requirements

Proven track record in previous Office Administrator roles.

Excellent time management and organisation skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous approach to work with a high level of customer service.

Ability to multitask

Strong knowledge of IT, in particular Google documents.

Excellent ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines and manage expectations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
