An ‘Outstanding’ Special Needs school based in Hayes (West London) are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants to start full-time in September supporting children with autism across the spectrum.
They look for both graduates and experienced teaching assistants with a passion and interest in supporting children with autism.
The role would be starting in September and they would look to organise interviews and trials from the 4th September.

• Graduates with an interest in special needs
• experience or interest work with children with Autism and Asperger’s
• experience using visual resources such as PECS, TEACCH and/or Makaton
• experience supporting with Personal care and/or medical administration
• Team Teach/ Autism Awareness training
• Engaging personality
• The ability to use initiative and get Stuck in
• The ability to build strong relationships
