Developing Your Potential is seeking Teaching Assistants to join our network across London.
Teaching Assistant responsibilities:

Assist the Classroom Teacher;
Deliver teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups;
Guide and monitor pupil progress;
Manage challenging pupil behaviour; and
Support the social and emotional development of pupils.

Candidates with Teaching Assistant qualifications and previous experience of working in a childcare setting are preferred, but we do not discriminate which means that applications are welcome from everyone.
Applicants will be subjected to a full telephone assessment by one of our Consultants. If successful, you will be added to our database of Teaching Assistant candidates.
Once added to our database of Teaching Assistant candidates, you will be canvassed to our clients in London for Teaching Assistant opportunities.
