Shall Adore Tattoo is looking for a part-time receptionist/shop manager to join its friendly team.
ATTENTION: You need to have tattoos as you'll be advising people on the process, healing, etc.
The ideal candidate:
-Artistic eye and genuine interest in the tattoo industry is also a must
-Reliable
-Flexible
-Extremely well organised, with great attention to detail
-Great communication skills, both verbal and written (Must speak english fluently - native level)
-Pro-active and energetic
-PhotoShop knowledge is a must
Some key tasks include (but not only):
- Open and close Shop
- Till and cash handling
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the day
- Assist tattoo artists (prepare stations, bring necessary materials, clean tubes/grips etc)
- Provide basic advice to our customers
- Manage artists' bookings
- Update Social Media channels everyday and website occasionally
- Place orders and maintain stock levels
Previous shop managing experience isn't necessary as we offer full training.
The position is for 2 days per week.
