We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our fun and energetic team, so come and be a part of the story.
The Job Role includes:
- Responsible for daily table bookings
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist walk-in customers and allocate tables
- Be able to provide knowledge on all booking options
- Upsell various offers
- Work alongside waitress/bar staff to maintain appearance of the floor
- Work closely with, and report to, the Events Manager/ team
Must have;
- Previous reception/front of house experience (Minimum 2 years experience
- Great customer service
- Great communication skills
- Confident with programs such as; word, excel etc.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to multi-task
- Work well as a team
We offer great rates of pay. (10 pound Per Hour)
