Reporting to the Senior Pizza Chef, the Pizza Chef is a bedrock for our kitchen and jack of all trades from spinning dough to cleaning to the mixer. Primarily responsible for crafting the freshest sourdough pizza and indulgent sides, you help with all preparation, service and cleaning duties in a stripped back pizza kitchen.
You are fun and creative, eager to impart these qualities on the menu; a knowledge sponge and quick learner who contributes and listens to the team where needed. You possess high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and are proud of what you do and who you work for.
