Job Description

 Ensure that cooking and presentation of food is to a high standard
 Assist Head Chef with the menu preparation, presentation, daily ordering, cleaning, due diligence and work load planning for the restaurant and hospitality
 Ensure all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations laid out onsite are adhered to.
