Who are we?
The Oak restaurant Group (The Oak W2, The Oak W12 and The Bird in Hand W14) are searching for a young, dynamic and ambitious candidate to join our talented team of Pizzaiolos!
We are a well-established restaurant group based in West London, all three site offer delicious authentic and artisanal Italian pizzas.  The role will cover shifts across two sites; The Oak in Notting Hill and The Oak W12 on Goldhawk Road, working with our wood-fire pizza ovens, within a team of 4 pizza chefs.
Full training and supervision will be given until you are confident to create our "best in the West" pizzas.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will:

Be passionate about pizza and a lover of food!
Be hard working with a "Yes!" kind of attitude.
Have experience working with pizza dough and wood fire ovens (but we aren't looking for anyone who thinks they know-it-all when it comes to pizza!)
Be quick, eager and take pride in their work.

Good communication and ability to converse in English is essential as both sites are busy neighbourhood restaurants with high pace and fast customer turn-around.
Details

Start Date: Monday 30th April
Salary between £25'000 - £27,500 per annum depending on experience and finalised shift pattern.
6 Or 7 shift pattern with 2 days off per week.
28 Days holiday per year
