The Last Crumb Cafe is a new Stoke Newington Church Street destination spot, serving breakfast, brunch, fresh pastries ( created by our in-house bakery) and great coffee.
We take pride in everything we do and source good quality products to make great tasting quality dishes.
We are looking for passionate Chefs that want to be part of growing a start-up, enjoy creating new innovative dishes and love to share ideas.
Immediate start positions
Chef de partie
45 Hours per week starting from £19,000 plus service charge 22 days holiday per year and staff benefits.

Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent timekeeping and reliability

Problem-solving and adapting in the kitchen.

Must have

Recognised catering qualification such as NVQ or City and Guild Chef qualification or extensive experience in a professional kitchen.
Up to date Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

Sous Chef
45 Hours per week starting from £24,000 a year plus service charge 22 days holiday per year and staff benefits.

Have previous experience in a similar role in the catering industry or somebody who is ready to step up to the next level.
Have the right technical skills for this environment.

Head Chef
Out current Head Chef is moving back to Australia, we need a friendly, collaborative and inspired chef to fill those shoes. This position will start from April 28th 2022. Starting from £27-28000 per year negotiable dependant on experience.
