We are a young and expanding Independent Gastropub company, who place particular emphasis on quality, fresh and seasonal food.
Currently 4 sites across West and South London, with site 5 on the way, we are looking to find great, talented, ambitious and passionate sous chefs with the aim of developing them into our next generation of Head Chefs as we expand.
We are looking for chefs with.
• excellent communication skills
• an ability to work as an important part of a small team in all areas of the kitchen.
• a broad knowledge of and passion for seasonal British food and produce.
• a genuine passion for food and restaurants!
• fantastic attention to detail
• ambition.
