We are looking for a brilliant new Assistant Manager to be part of the team in our pub in the city close to Aldgate East, the pub is open Monday - Friday only.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, someone who understands the challenges of the job but can embrace them with a smile. Someone who can lead by example, someone who can share their knowledge with a team and help them to grow as a unit.
The right person for the job will respect our heritage as the UK's leading beer focused pub group but understand that at heart, we are a hospitality business and we need to cater for all of our customers be they beer lovers or not.
We are looking for someone with ideas and who can look at the local area and identify how we might appeal to our market. Qualities which we value in this position are honesty, integrity and most importantly, loyalty.
We pride ourselves on having the best range of beer that you can find anywhere in the UK, plus we stock small batch spirits and carefully selected wines. In short, our product range is excellent and we need the best service to accompany these products.
We are looking for someone who wants to flourish and grow with the company, there will be ample opportunities to grow in the future with us.
The opening hours of the pub are:
Monday - Friday: 12:00 – 23:30
Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays: CLOSED
