If you produce great food, have a diverse repertoire and experience cooking in larger quantities – then we need you!
We have a growing fan base of loyal customers and corporate clients who eat everything from British, French and other European crowd-pleasing classics to Indian, Thai and Chinese cuisines.

We need you to have:
1. experience cooking larger quantities to a high standard on a modest budget (100-200 covers ideally)
2. Ability to work quickly and efficiently
3. Broad and diverse repertoire essential
4. Driving license required
Details:
• Freelance or Temp to Perm – Ideally we’d like to find someone who wants to grow with us – but we need help now so freelancers welcome to apply
• 37 hours a week (we’re flexible though)
• Salary dependent on experience (£10-£14 per hour pro-rata)
We do of course need someone who can be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management. However…more exciting is the HUGE opportunity to make your mark here and shape the future of the business.
