We are looking for a Talent Researcher to join the team on an interim basis to support with global research for senior hires.The RoleAs Talent Researcher, you'll work closely with the UK Head of Resourcing to proactively map talent and build talent pools across the UK and World to build a pipeline of candidates for senior appointments, including Human Resources , Finance, Strategy and IT.You will be an expert Researcher, used to using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, to thoroughly research and understand the candidate marketplace. You will then make initial approaches to candidates and introduce SSP to them as an potential employer. You'll work to build a pipeline of candidates in a range of locations, reflecting the global nature of our business. The Details The Talent Researcher is a unique role within SSP and as such, you'll need to be able to take accurate role briefs from our Hiring Managers, to drive your research accurately.
