The role is based in our corporate office in Mayfair and supports our two London properties, The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane.As the Talent Officer you will be working closely with department managers to help with their recruitment, including phone screening candidates and interviewing. In addition you will be responsible for updating vacancy lists and reports, starter and Leaver administration, recruitment day set up and pro-active talent searches.It is important that you demonstrate strong interpersonal and administration skills with an exemplary level of both verbal and written English communications.
