CCA International has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team based in London. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
About the Talent Acquisition Advisor role;
You will be responsible for leading the Talent Team in the recruiting of candidates who match the tailored profile of role, and further management of the Talent Team in the progress of the vacancy to offer stage.
Responsibilities as our Talent Acquisition Advisor;
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecast.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, with guidance from the Human Resources Manager.
- Search for suitable candidates that match the required profiles on various mediums including job boards, websites, internet, and social media; and lead on all Senior hires.
- Lead the Talent Team to co-ordinate the various stages of the resourcing process through to offer ensuring Candidate Journey in line with our core values.
- Lead the Talent Team to ensure time to hire, cost of hire and quality of hire is maintained and if possible, improved upon without sacrificing service to both operations and candidates.
- Ensuring all documentation and procedures are to ISO9001 standard and follow the appropriate process.
- Manage the PSL and co-ordinate review meetings with all suppliers, with recommendations/escalation of any issues to the Human Resources Manager.
Candidate management
- Source via various methods including pipeline, social media, job boards, cv searching and branch network.
- Identify and generate required ability tests and personality profiles at the appropriate stages, and interpret the results for the line manager to ensure the effective use of these during the recruitment stages.
- Create and 'sell' CCA EVP to selected candidates.
- Mentor the Talent Team to control candidates throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure it is 'best in class’
- Ensure a strong pipeline is created and maintained, of suitable talent for future needs and oversee maintenance contact with them on monthly basis to ensure a quality talent pool exists.
Client management:
- Lead the Talent Team to control process from receipt of Request to Recruit through to offer and through until the employee completes their probationary period.
- Oversee the status updates to Hiring Manager and Human Resources Manager.
Database management:
- Ensure the Talent Database (Fairsail or otherwise) is updated and cleansed when necessary.
- Produce various reports as needed on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for UK and International Senior Stakeholders.
- Analyse data and create strategies to improve the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function, with guidance from the Human Resources Manager.
Essential Skills needed to become our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
- Obtain or working towards level 5 qualification in Recruitment Practice/BA or BSc in relevant field OR qualified by substantial equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in a senior resourcing role, with a track record of consistently achieving targets (of at least 90-95% role fill target)
- Clear understanding of what quality looks like upfront and the impact of quality vs quantity in our business.
- experience of identifying, reporting and fixing trends of low staff retention and how Talent Acquisition impacts this.
- Evidential experience in managing upwards and the expectations of senior stakeholders.
- A leader and strategic thinker evidenced through process mapping.
- Customer focused approach
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in MS Office and typical job boards/ATS systems.
- Demonstrable questioning and listening skill.
- Must be able to travel and work from other offices as and when required in line with business.
