A Recruitment and Employment Agency in London NW10 requires Freelance P/T Business Development Consultants with a minimum of 1 year experience. Time - when and if required, between Mondays to Fridays, 9:30am -16.30 pm (Negotiable) Essential: • Very good command of spoken and written English • Very good telephone manner and strong sales skills • Ability to liaise and negotiate with Clients / Customers • Very good IT skills - email (Outlook), Word and Excel documents • Must be flexible MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with the Sales Team to assure proper hand over and follow up of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). • Manage your Top Target list of prospects which you will go after and be able to report on your progress and make changes as necessary. • Should have the ability to contact and speak to the Human Resources Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about our company. • Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis and maintain a good rapport with the client. • Should ideally interact with the Human Resources Heads (Director, VP, Human Resources Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations • Excellent Communication and Convincing ability required • Should have a computer, Internet connection and phone to get started. • Work from Home Option available Please Note: Payments for above positions will be Only Incentives or Commissions. • Payments will be only in the form of Incentives or Commissions per closure • No Fixed Monthly Payment will be offered. • Going on appointment visits to sell the service • Reporting results and feedback to the office Sales Manager • Calls to potential Clients/Customers • Plus other duties as will be required by the Company Please send us your CV, covering letter to the email address provided.
