The person we are looking for:

Has a love of food and an understanding of quality.
Fast on their feet and energetic
Who is a team player, always looking for how to help the team work as smoothly and efficiently as a whole.
Is a good communicator, polite and enjoys customer service.
An great organiser - who likes to keep things exactly where they should be.
Is skilled and quick at food preparation
Ideally has qualifications in food hygiene and food preparation.
Knowledge and interest of Asian food would of course be a bonus, but is not essential, as we will provide full training.

When?
The shop opens 11-11pm Tuesday to Saturday, 11 - 6pm on Sundays. Your shifts will be a mix of earlier and later shifts between 10am and 11pm. You must be available to work on Sundays.
The role:
You will be handling busy lunches and evenings. Our preparation is meticulous, ingredients are high quality and every bun that leaves the kitchen is perfectly put together. We are a small team and you will be trained to work in all areas - kitchen, front of house, food preparation and service.
More specifically you will trained in:

Learning all about our buns and how to prepare and fill them neatly and quickly. Every bun that leaves our kitchen must be beautiful and put together perfectly.
Taking orders from customers, being knowledgeable and genuine.
Working with your team to keep our shop working like clockwork, gleaming and tidy.
Part of a motivated, friendly team that helps each other develop.
Handling customer queries and being an ambassador for our company.

How much:
Initially the hourly rate is £8.50 / hour increasing with training and skill level. We are growing as a business and there is potential for career progression.
