P/t Creche Manager required 4 hrs per week

We are a local charity looking for a Manager for our small and friendly creche in Balham. You'll be managing a small team of 3-4 volunteers caring for 8-10 babies and toddlers over two sessions, each 1.5 hrs, on a Friday morning during term time.
We are looking for a kind and caring person who is reliable and experienced in all aspects of creche work and management of staff.
You'll be setting up and taking down the creche each week
Liasing with Mothers
Feeding/changing/playing with the Children
Ensuring child protection and creche safety procedures are adhered to
You'll need a level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification, a valid DBS certificate and paediatric first aid certificate.
We are offering £15 per hour x 4 hours for 33 - 36 weeks per year.
Hours from 9.30-1.30pm each Friday. Option to increase hours later in the year.
