Tombo is a stylish and busy Japanese café restaurant in South Kensington, London.

An established family run business that offers authentic and healthy Japanese food, sushi and desserts in a casual environment. We also serve our award winning Japanese tea and matcha.

We are looking for an experienced sushi chef to join our sushi section.

The Role:
- Prepare ingredients for service
- Making Sushi (Maki rolls, temaki, chirashi, temari)
- Recording and monitoring health and safety log book.
- Keeping the section neat and tidy

The Candidate:
- At least 1 years experience in kitchen environment.
- experience making sushi quickly and effectively essential.
- experience cutting fish preferred but not essential.
- Clean and Tidy
- Work well in a team and willing to help others.
- Be able to work weekends and evenings
- Able to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
