We are looking for a confident and dedicated Junior or Senior Sushi Chef to work in our sushi bar.
If you are a junior sushi chef and you would like to progress from Maki we will train you and give you the opportunity to grow.
Alternatively if you already have some experience in making Nigiri we will welcome your exchange of ideas.

The ideal candidate will have:
· Current/previous experience as a Junior/Senior Sushi Chef
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment and a willingness to learn
· Ability to work on their own initiative calmly when under pressure
