We are looking for a self motivated, hard working and experienced sushi chef to take the lead at a sushi bar Michiko Sushino. Candidates should have a passion for food, specifically sushi and Japanese cuisine, with an eye for detail and pride in presentation and flavour. Japanese language is a plus but not necessary. Great communication skills and being calm under pressure are extremely important.
Salary: Up to £23,000 gross per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Location: 10 Mins walk from either Queen's Park or Brondesbury Station.
Starting date: Immediately.
