We are looking for a full time sushi chef to join our small independent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch.
The right candidate will be capable of setting up and running a small sushi bar/section. You must have skill and experience in all types of sushi and sashimi.
We offer great pay including service charge.
The position is 48 hours a week over 5 days.
