Sushi Chef required in Cosmo Romford (RM1).
Main Responsibilities:

Preparation, cooking and presenting Sushi.
Supporting the Head Chef to deliver on all company measures and targets.
Follow kitchen process and procedures, achieving all required standards.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Perform any reasonable duties as required.

Relevant experience:

Chef experience in a similar style of cooking.
Excellent knowledge of relevant food and health and safety regulations.

Salary: NMW - £22000 per annum depending on experience.
