Chotto Matte is a lively fast paced Nikkei restaurant serving Japanese/Peruvian food.
Chotto is based in the heart of Soho.

We are looking for ambitious hardworking chefs looking to pursue a career in hospitality and join a driven and talented kitchen team.

Positions available: SUSHI COMMIS CHEF

Highly Competitive Salary.

Requirements:
- 2 Years experience required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good spoken and written English
- Personality and a passion to deliver quality service.
- Love food!
- Have the right to work Full time within the UK.
