Applicant must know how to prepare sushi (rolls, nigiri, sashimi, handrolls, cooking rice, etc.), though training will be provided.
Beiriso is a busy restaurant with a nice atmosphere, and is growing more and more popular.
The sushi counter is in front of customers, so cleanliness, respect and behaviour are essential.
The role is full time over 5 days a week, 6:30am to 2:30pm
The salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
