We are seeking an experienced carer to join our team in Swiss Cottage. You will be looking after a lovely young man in his own home. The client has an Acquired Brain Injury after a road accident, and requires full care. The shifts include, but are not limited to, daily personal care and some household duties, as well as outings each day around London. The client enjoys a range of activities, and part of your job will be to facilitate these outings and contribute to his overall wellbeing. You will need to have sound communication skills, and a good sense of humour.
You will be required to work a range of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
12 hour shifts. £13/hr weekdays, and £15/hr weekends
You must be experienced with:
Seizure management
PEG feeding and medication administration
Manual handling
A full, clean drivers licence is appreciated but not essential
