We require a part time support worker for a delightful elderly lady with dementia living in her own home in London. She requires support in all aspects of her personal care along with meal preparation, household tasks (including laundry) and shopping, to enable her to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible and remain living at home. Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible.
Working hours will be 24 hours a week over three days, but will also be required to cover sickness and annual leave of the other support worker. The hours will be divided into 5 hours covering the morning and 3 hours late afternoon, early evening.
Rates of pay £12.00 an hour weekdays - £14.00 an hour weekends.
All posts are subject to DBS Enhanced Disclosure. experience in care and dementia would be ideal but full training will be provided. A full driving licence is desirable.
