Trinity House (Forensic Residential Care home – Mental Health) we are looking for confident candidates to take on the role of SUPPORT WORKER Wage £8.00.- £8.50 (dependent on experience) PER HOUR; 20 – 37.5 PER WEEK. Location NW4. An NVQ Level 3, 4 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or higher is desirable as well as a ‘can do and willing to learn attitude. Keyworker skills and good team player experience essential. Duties include giving, supporting/caring for residents, supporting other members of staff, implementing / monitoring care plans and assisting the Home Manager, developing care plans and Risk assessments, supervising the delivery of care. Previous experience in a mental health care setting is desired but training is provided.
