Supply Chain Administrator
The Supply Chain Administrator will work with the category manager to plan and implement agreed strategies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the commercial department. The role will include introducing agreed initiatives and continual improvements to increase operational efficiency while serving as a key member of the supply chain team. The role reports to the Category Manager.
Key Tasks
Stock and sales planning
Effective and thorough data management and maintenance of products
Ensure all products have correct cost, retail prices and promotional pricing at all times.
Ensure availability of key products at all times through a proven ordering process.
Analyse and interpret company stock, sales and profit performance.
Maintain sound effective relationships with all vendors (although you will likely have specified list of suppliers.)
Operate existing IT systems to achieve desired stock and sales management goals
Implement new IT systems as and when needed.
Able to use Microsoft office to a good level (pivot tables)
Candidate Profile
Graduate
Numerate, analytical, systems literate,
Good Microsoft office skills.
Team- player
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and profit-focused environment.
Sense of humour.
Results focused self-starter with drive, energy and commitment.
