Hotrocks Flame Grill is growing

We are looking for Hard working, organised and bubbly personalities to join our ever growing team. Based in Wallington and Cheam we are very close to the areas of Sutton and Croydon.

Waiters and Bar staff
- Setup restaurant ensuring that all presentation and cleaning according to company policy.
- Greet and seat customers
- Take orders according to assigned sections, Telephone orders and over counter.
- Be friendly, bubbly and have a can do attitude.
- Ensure that company food safety policy is adhered to at all times.
- You must be well presented and speak fluent English.

Chefs and Kitchen Prep
- Ensure all food is cooked to our standards.
- Organise orders from order to delivery to customer.
- Assist in recruiting and training new chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure all cleaning standards are met
- You must have some previous experience, be able to work under pressure, be very organised and have good knowledge of food safety systems.

General Manager
Preparing shift rotas
Recruiting and staff training
Managing a team of waiters, chefs and kitchen staff.
High attention to detail
Comply with HACCAP.
Effective communication
Hands on customer service
Manage day to day running of restaurant
Financially knowledgeable and able to work to budgets.
Coaching mentality

Team leader / Supervisor
- Ensure shifts run according to our standards, serve great food in a friendly professional manner.
- Assist and Prepare shift rotas.
- Assist in recruiting and training staff.
- Take over counter orders and telephone orders.
- Ensure all cleaning standards are met
- Must have excellent communication skills, a bubbly personality, be friendly and organised. You must be able to work under pressure.
