East London Juice Co.’s mission is to be an ambassador for the concept of what art + nourishment can be when curated and introduced by loving hands. We’ve just moved from a pop up in a shipping container to a permanent home in Ace Hotel LDN + will be taking it all to the next level.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a supervisor to work within our small team. You must be able to multi-task and be used to working in a café/shop environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the company is efficiently run + daily shop floor operations are delivered in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated + hardworking, which will reward them with an exciting chance + challenge to lead the growth of the business.
OPERATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily shop floor and service
Becoming a face of the brand, building customer relationships
Ensuring preparation + stock levels are maintained
Health + food hygiene compliance
Cash handling and reporting
Providing feedback + guidance with Coffee
Attendance + participation in monthly meetings
Management
 
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to pass a background check + prove eligibility for UK employment.
Availability to work full time including evenings + weekends.
Excellent communications skills, internally + externally.
Ability to prioritise + manage competing demands.
High level of integrity with impeccable references.
Excellent written + spoken English.
Exceptional customer service
Passionate about healthy living and lifestyle
Must have experience working within hospitality ( 1 year min )
Organised and efficient must be able to multi task and display common sense at all times.
Must be able to travel !
