Supervisor needed for a busy restaurant within UK's top retail store and very prestigious venue operated by the biggest contract catering company in the world.
Role
• To manage the day to day running of the restaurant
• To train, develop, motivate and manage staff
• To open up in the morning and close down at evening.
• To oversee the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• This role will be responsible for delivering service excellence and driving sales
• Meetings KPI goals
• Hands on approach is essential
Salary and benefits
• Salary: We offer £8 per hour + Tronc (£12 + per hour as an average a year), very convenient working hours - no early starts and no late finishes + 28 days holiday
• Working on average 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements
• We’re looking for candidates who are confident, outgoing, good with customers, and willing to “go the extra mile” to deliver outstanding service
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a top quality restaurant is essential.
• experience in leasing teams
• Background in quality customer service
Required experience:
• Restaurant or Hotel Management: 1 year
