We have an exceptional team of trained distributors and require another Team Leader to supervise a team.
You'll be offered shifts mainly on Saturday and Sunday, with some occasional shifts in the week,
You'll be required to drive and manage a team. Liaise with clients and grade performances of our distributors. Flexible working days, mileage paid for your car.
Pay is £10 per hour, minimum 6.5 hours pay per shift some shifts, the higher level supervisors get £15 per hour for the larger shifts.

TYM Leaflets is a growing, innovative distribution business based in Croydon. Operating throughout South London and Surrey.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a team of 2 to 20 distributors.
Our distributors are vetted, trained and physically fit for the job and we require a supervisor to bring the best out of them for each leaflet drop.
We employ some of the best leaflet distributors so we require supervisors of equal measure.
Your hours will typically be 9am to 4pm, starting at our office based in Anerley SE20 then travelling to manage a team anywhere in London.
Training will be provided.
Skills / Qualifications / experience Required
It is essential that you hold a valid current driving licence and you have your own car.
Management experience is preferable but not necessary. It is more important that you are a positive person with enthusiasm.
