We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic supervisor to help in the day to day running of our lovely little local pub in SE1.
Ideally, you will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role and have a passion for this industry. This specific supervisor role is open for those who would like to learn management skills whilst working with an idea to moving up within the company. You will need to have a confident, friendly, outgoing personality and great people skills as engaging with the customers is one of the most important aspects of this job. A strong knowledge of real ale and cellar management would be an advantage.
Job Role:
- Daily P and L and cash management
- Opening and Closing the pub when needed
- Supervising staff on shift
- Help GM with cellar management
- Health and Safety and Food Hygiene awareness
- Approximately 36-40 hrs a week, including evening and weekend work
We are a small team so there is plenty of room for creativity with the Beers and food, events and collaborations.
