We are looking for a new Supervisor to lead our friendly team - delivering great food, drinks and service to a knowledgeable, local clientele.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to manage the operations and staff, and eventually get involved with the business development.
Little H is a cafe and juice bar in Parsons Green. We specialise in delicious juices and smoothies, artisan coffee and Yummy breakfasts. We are known for our daily changing salad bar at lunchtime. We're the little sister cafe of the popular Hally's.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience in a similar outlet in a supervisor or senior waiter/bar role
- Is motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for great customer service
- Has leadership skills
- Preferably has good coffee-making experience
- Has a good work ethic, and is well organised and punctual
- Is team spirited with a positive, can-do attitude
- Preferably has a knowledge/interest in healthy food and juices
